PERSONALITY STYLES IN THE WORKPLACE: The Enneagram Personality System
Part 1
This training will utilize the Enneagram personality system, a highly effective tool for improving leadership, management and relational skills. This training has three key components: a) identifying their specific core personality style, core leadership instinct including strengths, blind-spots and areas for development, b) Understanding how one’s personality style impacts one’s leadership, interpersonal, communication and problem solving style, c) learning tools and strategies as well as developing a personal action plan to address specific area for development.
This training will guide participants through the Awareness to Action (A2A) process that is commonly used in corporate and business environments. A2A consists of a practical three-step process that guides participants from initial insights regarding their personality into practical, everyday applications to accelerate their performance, team cohesion and communication. Among the organizations and businesses that have benefited from the Enneagram are Walt Disney, Hewlett Packard, Sony, Johnson & Johnson, the Federal Reserve Bank, and even the CIA.

Part 2 Enneagram Training
In this Part 2 Enneagram Training, participants will learn advanced concepts of the Enneagram system, including type Accelerators, Derailers, and best practices for each type. This training is required for all organizations if they want to be certified to implement the Enneagram into their Human Resources or other departments.
